Deutsche Bank Upgrades Omnicom (OMC) to Hold
Deutsche Bank upgrades Omnicom (NYSE: OMC) from Sell to Hold. Price target increased from $21 to $31.
Deutsche analyst says, "While it is possible to over-react to one quarter, OMC's margins are appearing more resilient than we thought. It is clearly still early in the operating downturn, and the risk remains that full year margins could disappoint if 2Q is not the organic growth trough, but we have increased confidence about the thing management can control - costs. On our raised '09 EPS of $2.57 (from a Street-low $2.37), we think OMC's multiple discount to the market is reasonable, thus we upgrade from a Sell to a Hold and raise our price target from $21 to $31."
