Deutsche Bank upgraded Health Net (NYSE: HNT) from Sell to Hold with a price target of $22.00 (from $22.00).
"While we believe that HNT still faces fundamental risks in 2013 since its earnings
guidance is predicated on significant MLR improvement, we also view the risk/reward
equation as more balanced at current levelS."
