Deutsche Bank upgrades China Netcom (NYSE: CN) from Hold to Buy.
Commenting on the China Netcom upgrade, the firm said, "A sharp increase in net add m/s from 13% in 08 to 30% in 2010 underpins our upgrade."
China Netcom Group Limited, together with its subsidiaries, provides broadband and fixed-line communications services in China.
