DA Davidson Upgrades Nautilus (NLS) to Buy; $7 PT

DA Davidson upgrades Nautilus (NYSE: NLS) to Buy and raises its price target from $4.25 to $7.00. The firm also has a $12 5-year price target on Nautilus.

The firm sees improving fundamentals at Nautilus as "highly encouraging" and believes that the company can "exit FY08 with little or no debt and positive cash flow."

DA Davidson raised its FY08 EPS estimate on Nautilus from ($0.21) to $0.24 and its FY09 EPS estimate from $0.24 to $0.34. The Street is currently expecting EPS of ($0.42) and $0.13 for FY08 and FY09, respectively. Despite being more confident in these earnings, the firm notes that the "operating environment is challenging and there is still a significant lack of visibility so we continue to view our estimates as fluid and lacking precision."
