Cummins Inc. (NYSE: CMI) today declared a quarterly common stock cash dividend of $0.175 per share, or $0.70 annualized.
The dividend is payable December 1, 2009 to shareholders of record on November 20, 2009. Ex-dividend is November 18, 2009.
The dividend yield is 1.4%.
