Canaccord Genuity Upgrades RealNetworks (RNWK) to Buy

Canaccord Genuity's Jeff Rath upgraded shares of RealNetworks (NASDAQ: RNWK) from Speculative Buy to Buy in an intraday research note Thursday. The analyst maintains a $15 price target.

Shares of RealNetworks are up nearly 29 percent to $9.46 at last check following earlier news Intel will acquire patents and Codec Software from the company in a $120 million deal.

Even with the upside, Rath's price target represents further upside of almost 59 percent.
