CA, Inc. (NYSE: CA) declared a regular, quarterly cash dividend of $0.04 per share, or $0.16 annualized
The dividend will be paid on November 30, 2009 to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 17, 2009. The ex-dividend date is November 13, 2009.
Yield on the dividend is 0.7%.
