Boston Properties, Inc. (NYSE: BXP) today announced that its Board has approved a 26.5% reduction in its quarterly dividend from $0.68 to $0.50 per common share, payable on July 31, 2009 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 30, 2009.
The ex-dividend date is June 26.
The dividend yield falls from 5.87% to 4.32%.
