Axsys Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: AXYS) will not hold a quarterly teleconference or issue an earnings release to discuss its financial results as a result of the pending acquisition by General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems (NYSE: GD).
Axsys expects to file its Form 10-Q for the second quarter of 2009 with the Securities and Exchange Commission during the last week of July.
