Ampco-Pittsburgh Corporation (NYSE: AP) today announced the declaration of a regular quarterly dividend of $.18 per share on the common stock of the Corporation. The dividend will be paid on October 30, 2009 to shareholders of record on October 15, 2009.
The ex-dividend date is October 13th.
