After-Hours Movers 3/12: SWHC, STEC, HEV, HIBB Higher; AEIS, TWX Lower

Smith & Wesson (Nasdaq: SWHC) 7% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.05, cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.02. Revenues for the quarter were $83.7 million, versus the consensus of $74.08 million.
STEC (Nasdaq: STEC) 18% HIGHER; sees Q1 EPS of $0.10-$0.12, versus the consensus of $0.05 and revs of $58-$60 million, versus the consensus of $46 million.
Ener1 (Nasdaq: HEV) 9% HIGHER; reports a FY08 loss of $0.42, 2 cents worse than estimates. Revenues were $6.8 million vs. $1.39 million consensus.
Advanced Energy Industries (Nasdaq: AEIS) 2% LOWER; is reducing its global workforce by approximately 330 people or 22% of total headcount across all functional areas and geographies and lowering the salaries of management and executive officers by an additional 5%, totaling 15% overall, effective April 1, 2009.
Time Warner (NYSE: TWX) 5% LOWER; Tim Armstrong, Google (Nasdaq: GOOG) Senior Vice President, has been named Chairman and CEO of Time Warner's (NYSE: TWX) AOL unit. Current AOL Chairman and CEO Randy Falco and President and COO Ron Grant plans to leave the company after a transition period.
Hibbett Sports (Nasdaq: HIBB) 4% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.26, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.26. Revenues for the quarter were $147.9 million, versus the consensus of $153.21 million. Hibbett Sports sees FY09 EPS of $1.03-$1.17, versus the consensus of $1.03.
