Herbalife (NYSE: HLF) continues to move off lows as Fox Business Network's Gasparino reports the company said they don't believe they are the subject of a FTC probe. Shares down 4.7%, but well off the lows.
On Twitter, Gasparino reported:
"FBN NEWS: Hlf officials telling people they dont believe they are subject of FTC probe; not been contacted by FTC may have statement later"
