Herbalife (NYSE: HLF) shares are moving higher off of lows amid comments from research firm Citron Research Monday morning.
The firm issued the following post on Twitter: "NY Post Article on $HLF is ridic. Standard warning from FOIA. Does 30 years change because of Ackman? long $HLF Expect company to refute."
Shares are down 6.4 percent.
