Questcor Pharmaceuticals (Nasdaq: QCOR) is bouncing again on word analysts at BofA have confirmed that the company threatening to develop a generic form of ACTH is fraudulent.

While still down 3.4 percent, these comments are moving shares higher - something the earlier company JMP presentation was unable to do.
