With rumors of a Barnes & Noble (NYSE: BKS)/Microsoft (Nasdaq: MSFT) joint venture tablet getting debunked, traders have turned to speculation that Microsoft (Nasdaq: MSFT) will turn to current smartphone partner Nokia (NYSE: NOK) to help build the device.
