NYSE Suspends Trading of Lear (LEA) After Planned Bankruptcy
NYSE Regulation has determined that the common stock of Lear Corporation (NYSE: LEA) should be suspended immediately, saying it is no longer suitable for listing on its planned Chapter 11 filing.
The Company has a right to a review of this determination by a Committee of the Board of Directors of NYSE Regulation.
