Traders have their eyes on Herbalife (NYSE: HLF) and J. C. Penney Company, Inc. (NYSE: JCP) ahead of today's Harbor Investment Conference 2013. Bill Ackman of Pershing Square Capital is the Conference Co-Chair and will be speaking at the event. The conference starts at 1PM ET and ends at 5PM ET.
