Health Care (HCN) To Replace Ceridian (CEN) in S&P MidCap 400

S&P REIT Composite constituent Health Care REIT, Inc. (NYSE: HCN) will replace Ceridian Corp. (NYSE: CEN) in the S&P MidCap 400 after the close of trading on Thursday, November 8.

Ceridian is being acquired by Thomas H. Lee Partners and S&P MidCap 400 constituent Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE:FNF) in a deal that is expected to close on or about that date, pending final approvals.
