There was a fake Greenlight Capital twitter account making comments on Herbalife (NYSE: HLF) into the Icahn interview, with the purported David Einhorn siding with Icahn.
@GreenlightCap "The $HLF tug of war will in the end come down to who has more money to play with. I wouldn't want to be in Bill's shoes right now #TeamIcahn"
This account for Greenlight and Einhorn are "fake," according to a Greenlight spokesperson.
Einhorn had been short Herbalife in the past, although he has since moved on and at last check was not involved.
More importantly on Herbalife, Carl Icahn is coming up on CNBC shortly to discuss his new 13% position.
