City Holding Co. (Nasdaq: CHCO) will replace Tween Brands Inc. (NYSE: TWB) in the S&P SmallCap 600 after the close of trading on a date to be announced. S&P SmallCap 600 constituent The Dress Barn Inc. (Nasdaq: DBRN) is acquiring Tween Brands in a deal expected to be completed soon.
