After months of being halted on NASDAQ, ChinaCast Education Corporation (OTC: CAST) resume trading on the OTC today and immediately plunged.
Shares of CAST last traded at $0.37, down 91 percent from the pre-halt price on NASDAQ of $4.24.
CAST was delisted from Nasdaq after failing to file its 10-K.
