In a CNBC interview on Strategy Session with David Faber, Bruce Berkowitz of Fairholme Capital discusses his large investment in Sears Holdings Corporation (Nasdaq: SHLD).

Berkowitz compares Sears to Apple years ago, noting that after a few great ideas they developed into a much different company. He said Sears has that capability, with Chairman Eddie Lampert throwing many ideas against the wall. If one of those ideas sticks, Berkowitz says, Sears is a different company.

Berkowitz also said the liquidation value of Sears is above the current share price.
