ArthroCare (ARTC) Lower After Moving To the Pinks
ArthroCare Corporation (OTC: ARTC) is down 13% today after it started trading on the pink sheets after being suspended by NASDAQ because of the company's failure to comply with listing requirements.
ArthroCare is restating financials from 2006-07, saying the data can no longer be relied upon.
ArthroCare was also removed from the S&P SmallCap 600, being replaced by American Vanguard Corp. (NYSE: AVD).
