Crossing and above:

• NII Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: NIHD) - up 18.0 percent. Higher as CEO Steve Dussek bought 42,402 shares on September 19th.
  
  
• EXCO Resources Inc. (NYSE: XCO) - up 3.0 percent. EXCO has been trading in a rather tight range lately, bringing most of the moving averages closer and closer together.
  
  
• The Coca-Cola Company (NYSE: KO) - up 0.1 percent. Getting a little boost from peer ConAgra (NYSE: CAG), which issued solid first-quarter results and guidance earlier.

Crossing and below:

• Research In Motion Limited (Nasdaq: RIMM) - down 3.7 percent. RIM weaker getting back below the $7 support level today.
