Westell Technologies (WSTL) Announces Update on Stock Repurchases
Westell Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: WSTL) announced today that since the end of the blackout period on July 28, 2008, the Company has repurchased 963,481 shares on the open market. Following these purchases, the Company still has $9.2 million dollars remaining under its current authorization.
CEO Bernard Sergesketter purchased an additional 40,000 shares on August 19, 2008 bringing his total purchases since the end of the blackout period to 100,000 shares.
Westell Technologies, Inc., through its subsidiaries, develops and sells broadband telecommunications access products and conference services in North America and Europe.
