Textron Systems, a Textron Inc. (NYSE: TXT) company, today announced the promotion of Robert Sullivan to Textron Systems' senior vice president and chief financial officer and the retirement of John Condon, the company's current senior vice president of Finance. The appointment will be effective on January 4, 2010.
Mr. Sullivan has held leadership, finance and accounting positions of increasing responsibility within Textron Systems over the past 25 years, including finance director for Textron Systems working closely with the company's operating units. For the past three years, Sullivan has served as vice president of Finance and Administration for Textron Defense Systems, an operating unit of Textron Systems.
