Oil-Dri Corp. Of America (NYSE: ODC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.18 per share, or $0.72 annualized. This is a 5.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.17.

The dividend will be payable on August 31, 2012, to stockholders of record on August 17, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of August 15, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.7 percent.
