PHC, Inc., d.b.a. Pioneer Behavioral Health (AMEX: PHC) 48% HIGHER; announced today that capacity at its Capstone facility in Detroit, Michigan has been expanded by 32%, effective immediately, in response to strong demand for the Company's behavioral healthcare services in the area.
Vical Incorporated (Nasdaq: VICL) 26.4% HIGHER; said its vaccine against A/H1N1 pandemic influenza (swine flu) produced robust immune responses well above the accepted protection threshold in 100% of vaccinated mice and rabbits after a standard two-dose vaccine regimen.

(NYSE: XCO) 13.4% HIGHER; today announced that it has reached a definitive agreement with BG Group plc for the joint development and operation of EXCO's Haynesville shale and certain other related natural gas assets located in East Texas/North Louisiana.
