Transcept Pharmaceuticals (Nasdaq: TSPT) 48.7% LOWER; the stock is getting slammed this morning after the FDA asked for additional information on its New Drug Application for Intermezzo, which may require them to conduct one or more additional safety studies. Radio One, Inc. (Nasdaq: ROIAK) 35% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.25, compared to a loss of $2.81 in Q308. Revenue for the quarter was $75.50 million, compared to $86.16 million in the same quarter last year.

Giga-tronics Incorporated (NASDAQ: GIGA) 32.1% HIGHER; reports Q3 non-GAAP EPS of $0.15, compared to $0.22 in the same quarter last year. Revenue for the quarter was $4.62 million, versus $3.69 million in Q308.

Central Pacific Financial Corp. (NYSE: CPF) 28.1% LOWER; reports Q3 loss of $2.54, versus the analyst estimate of ($0.36).

HealthSpring, Inc. (NYSE: HS) 20.3% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.77, 14 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.63. Revenue for the quarter was $659.78 million, which compares to the estimate of $657.46 million. Sees FY09 EPS of $2.30-$2.40, versus the consensus of $2.17.

The Timberland Company (NYSE: TBL) 20.1% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.68, versus the analyst estimate of $0.45. Revenue for the quarter was $421.77 million, which compares to the estimate of $386.28 million.

Cytokinetics, Inc. (NASDAQ: CYTK) 20.1% LOWER; reports Q3 loss of $0.14, versus the analyst estimate of ($0.22). Revenue for the quarter was $5.5 million, which compares to the estimate of $2.93 million.

K-Sea Transportation (NYSE: KSP) 16% LOWER; continuing lower today following Q1 results yesterday morning. The stock was downgraded two-notches to Underperform at Wells Fargo today.

First Solar, Inc. (NASDAQ: FSLR) 16% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $1.79, 6 cents better than the analyst estimate of $1.73. Revenue for the quarter was $480 million, which compares to the estimate of $528.78 million. Sees FY09 Revs of $1.975 - $2.025 billion, versus $2 billion previously. The stock was downgraded at Wedbush, BofA and Caris this morning.

Revlon, Inc. (NYSE: REV) 15.7% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.45, which does not compare to the analyst estimate of ($0.16). Revenue for the quarter was $326.2 million, which compares to the estimate of $313.50 million.

Valassis Communications Inc. (NYSE: VCI) 15% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.32, 2 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.30. Revenue for the quarter was $544.1 million, which compares to the estimate of $540.3 million.

Town Sports International Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: CLUB) 14.9% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0., cents better than the analyst estimate of ($0.05). Revenue for the quarter was $ million, which compares to the estimate of $115.82 million. Sees Q4 sales of $112.5-$114.5 million, versus the consensus of $124 million. AsiaInfo Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: ASIA) 14.3% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.20, 4 cents lower than the analyst estimate of $0.24. Revenue for the quarter was $60.9 million, which compares to the estimate of $61.31 million.

Acxiom (NASDAQ: ACXM) 14% HIGHER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.12, 1 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.11. Revenue for the quarter was $271.1 million, which compares to the estimate of $258.27 million.

Arctic Cat Inc. (NASDAQ: ACAT) 13.9% HIGHER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.81 vs. consensus of $0.61. Revenues were $166.3 million vs. $155.78 million consensus. Arctic Cat continues to estimate sales for its fiscal year ending March 31, 2010 in the range of $425 million to $460 million, based on achieving ATV sales of $188 million to $203 million, snowmobile sales in the range of $140 million to $152 million and PG&A sales of $97 million to $105 million. (Consensus for FY revenues is $445.94 million) Arctic Cat has not provided fiscal 2010 earnings per share guidance, although the company expects improved per share results compared with fiscal 2009.

PetroQuest (NYSE: PQ) 13% HIGHER; upgraded to Overweight at JPMorgan.

LeMaitre Vascular, Inc. (NASDAQ: LMAT) 12.8% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.08, 7 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.01. Revenue for the quarter was $13.3 million, which compares to the estimate of $11.80 million. Reaffirms outlook.

Navigant Consulting Inc. (NYSE: NCI) 12.7% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.17, 1 cent better than the analyst estimate of $0.16. Revenue for the quarter was $159.2 million, which compares to the estimate of $171.04 million.

Insulet Corporation (NASDAQ: PODD) 12.7% LOWER; today announced that it will initiate, subject to market conditions, an underwritten public offering of 5,500,000 shares of common stock under an effective shelf registration statement on file with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Raises its FY09 sales guidance from $260-$270 million to $300-$310 million.

Harmonic Inc. (Nasdaq: HLIT) 11.5% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.05, 3 cents lower than the analyst estimate of $0.08. Revenue for the quarter was $83.9 million, which compares to the estimate of $90.16 million. Sees Q4 sales of $80-$86 million, versus the consensus of $81.31 million.

Lloyds Banking Group (NYSE: LYG) 11.4% HIGHER; notes recent media speculation regarding its proposed potential participation in the Government Asset Protection Scheme (GAPS).
