Morgans Hotel Group (MHGC) Up On Reports of Takeover Interest from Mid-East Buyers

Shares of Morgans Hotel Group Co. (Nasdaq: MHGC) are 4% higher today on reports from the London Times two Middle East sovereign wealth funds, Dubia's Zabeel and Abu Dhabi's Mubadala, are interested in acquiring the company and its prize hotels.

According to the paper, Morgans' board is pushing for a price above $20 per share.

Morgan owns hotels including the Delano in Miami, the Clift in San Francisco, the Royalton and Morgans in New York and the Sanderson and St Martins Lane hotels in London.

they should be advised that the hudon hotel is in very poor condition. and has 4 floors of s.r.o. tenants that live there. they want to hide us.
