IA Global Inc. (Amex: IAO) announced that it repurchased 1,856,355 shares of common stock in public and private transactions at an average price of $0.251 per share in accordance with the Company's Common Share Repurchase Program announced on March 22, 2007. The Company intends to use these repurchased shares as equity funding for its next acquisition. The Company has 2,143,645 shares remaining that may be acquired under the program.
