HealthTronics, Inc. (NASDAQ: HTRN) today announced that it has acquired Ocean Radiation Therapy, Inc., an entity that provides services to Atlantic Urological Associates' IGRT cancer treatment center.
As a result of the acquisition, HealthTronics sees Q3 EPS of about $0.03, versus the consensus of $0.03. The company also reaffirmed its Q3 sales and adj-EBITDA guidance.
HealthTronics Board approved the repurchase of up to $10 million of its common stock.
HealthTronics, Inc. provides healthcare services and manufactures medical devices primarily for the urology community.
