Consolidated-Tomoka Land Co. (Amex: CTO) today approved a 50% reduction in its quarterly dividend from $0.10 to $0.05 per common share, payable on August 26, 2009, to shareholders of record on August 6, 2009.
The dividend yield falls from 1.08% to 0.54%.
