CompuCredit Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ: CCRT) is jumping after-hours Wednesday after the company commenced a cash tender offer for up to 8,250,000 shares of its outstanding common stock, no par value per share, at a purchase price of $10.00 per share.
Shares closed at just $5.02 today.
The stock last traded at $7.10, up 41 percent from the close.
