Comcast (CMCSA) Raises Quarterly Dividend 20% to $0.195; Yields 2%; Approves $2B Buyback Plan

Comcast (NASDAQ: CMCSA) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.195 per share, or $0.78 annualized. This is a 20% increase from the prior dividend of $0.1625.

The dividend will be payable on April 24, 2013, to stockholders of record on April 3, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of April 1, 2013.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2 percent.

Comcast also announced that it plans to repurchase $2.0 billion of its stock during 2013, subject to market conditions.
