California Micro Devices (CAMD) Authorizes 1 Million Share Buyback Program

California Micro Devices (Nasdaq: CAMD) announced that its board authorized a program to repurchase up to 1 million shares of its outstanding common stock, the exact amount and timing of which will be subject to market conditions, legal requirements and management's judgment as well as other factors. The repurchase transactions may take place in the open market or via private negotiations.

California Micro Devices Corporation is a leading supplier of application specific analog and mixed signal semiconductor products for the mobile handset, digital consumer electronics and personal computer markets.
