PITTSBURGH, Oct. 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CONSOL Energy Inc.'s (NYSE: CNX) Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share, payable on November 20, 2009, to shareholders of record on November 4, 2009.
