Tucows (NYSE: TCX) 20% HIGHER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.07, compared to $0.03 in the same quarter last year. Revenue for the quarter was $20 million, versus $20.54 million in Q208.

UltraPetrol Bahamas (Nasdaq: ULTR) 15.3% HIGHER; reports Q2 adj-EPS of $0.10, 2 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.08. Revenue for the quarter was $54.9 million, versus the consensus of $44.92 million.

Harris (NYSE: HRS) 15% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.91, 10 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.81. Revenue for the quarter was $1.29 billion, versus the consensus of $1.21 billion. Raises its FY10 EPS guidance to $3.40-$3.50, versus the consensus of $3.17.

LDK Solar Co., Ltd. (NYSE: LDK) 12% LOWER; reports Q2 loss of $2.03, versus the analyst estimate of ($0.91). Revenue for the quarter was $228.3 million, versus the consensus of $236.09 million. Sees Q3 revs of $240-$270 million, versus the consensus of $290.4 million.

Youbet.com (Nasdaq: UBET) 8.5% LOWER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.03, 3 cents below the analyst estimate of $0.06. Revenue for the quarter was $30.2 million, versus the consensus of $30.78 million.

China Housing Land & Development (Nasdaq: CHLN) 8.4% LOWER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.10, ex-items, 2 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.08. Revenue for the quarter was $22.6 million, versus the consensus of $19.95 million.

MarkWest Energy Partners, L.P. (NYSE: MWE) 7.8% LOWER; announced today that it is commencing a public offering of 4,700,000 primary common units. In addition, an entity controlled by a director of the general partner of the Partnership is selling an additional 300,000 secondary common units. The Partnership has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase a maximum of 750,000 additional primary common units to cover over-allotments, if any.

Star Bulk Carriers Corp. (Nasdaq: SBLK) 7.7% LOWER; reports Q2 loss of $0.06, 6 cents lower than the analyst estimate of $0.00. Revenue for the quarter was $32.37 million, versus the consensus of $33.27 million.

Aegean Marine Petroleum Network (NYSE: ANW) 7% HIGHER; reports Q2 non-GAAP EPS of $0.28, 7 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.21. Revenue for the quarter was $542.6 million, versus the consensus of $489.39 million.

U-Store-It Trust (NYSE: YSI) 6.2% LOWER; announced today that it has commenced a public offering of 22,000,000 common shares. BofA Merrill Lynch and Wells Fargo Securities will serve as the joint book-running managers for the offering. The underwriters will be granted a 30-day option to purchase up to 3,300,000 additional common shares to cover overallotments, if any.

Advance Auto Parts (NYSE: AAP) 5.4% LOWER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.89, ex-items, 6 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.83. Revenue for the quarter was $1.32 billion, versus the consensus of $1.31 billion.

Kinross Gold (NYSE: KGC) 4.3% HIGHER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.12, ex-items, 1 cent lower than the analyst estimate of $0.13. Raises quarter dividend by 25% to $0.05 per common share.

SRA International, Inc. (NYSE: SRX) 3.4% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.30, 4 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.26. Revenue for the quarter was $402 million, versus the consensus of $386.23 million. Sees FY10 EPS of $1.15-$1.25, versus the consensus fo $1.13, and revs of $1.585-$1.645 billion, versus the consensus of $1.62 billion.

Bank of America (NYSE: BAC) 3% HIGHER; Hedge fund manager Paulson disclosed a new 1.94%, or 167,990,464 share, stake in common stock.
