AerCap Holdings (AER) Authorizes Common Buyback Increase to $100M
AerCap Holdings N.V. (NYSE: AER) today announced that its Board of Directors approved additional share repurchases above the previously announced amount of $50 million. The additional repurchase program will run through December 30, 2011 and will allow total repurchases of up to $100 million in 2011, inclusive of amounts repurchased through the previously announced programs. The total amount for shares repurchased through September 16, 2011 under the previous programs was $48.0 million.
