Community Healthcare Trust (NYSE: CHCT) filed with the U.S. SEC for an IPO of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering price is $143.75 million. The company plans to list on the NYSE under the ticker, CHCT.

Underwriters on the offering are Sandler O'Neill + Partners, L.P. and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey.
