Parlux Fragrances, Inc. (Nasdaq: PARL) 73.9% HIGHER; Perfumania Holdings, Inc. and Parlux have signed a definitive merger agreement under which Perfumania would acquire all of the outstanding shares of Parlux in a transaction valued at approximately $170 million, based on Perfumania's closing stock price of $19.55 per share on December 22, 2011.
Perfumania Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: PERF) 30.1% LOWER; the company announced plans to acquire Parlux Fragrances, Inc. (Nasdaq: PARL) today.
China Ming Yang Wind Power Group (NYSE: MY) 30% HIGHER; shares have gained back loses since the stock fell from December 13th to the 20th. Shares since the 20th have risen nicely, but rose substantially today after breaking the critical $2.00 point.
