Unusual 11 Midday Movers 03/02: (SCEI) (SFLY) (GRVY) (DYN) Higher; (PRTS) (USHS) (AMRN) Lower

Sino Clean Energy Inc. (NASDAQ: SCEI) 27.8% HIGHER; continuing higher following a 40 percent surge yesterday amid news Thornhill Capital LLC recently completed its Asset and Cash Verification Reports for the Audit Committee of the company. Shares are holding over the $2 level and 200-day SMA this morning.

US Homes Systems (Nasdaq: USHS) 23.3% LOWER; shares dropped below their 200-day simple moving average and began falling rapidly on heavier volumes.

U.S. Auto Parts Network, Inc. (NASDAQ: PRTS) 19% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.12), $0.08 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.04). Revenue for the quarter came in at $77.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $77.59 million. Roth cut its rating on the stock today to Neutral.

Shutterfly, Inc. (Nasdaq: SFLY) 17% HIGHER; the company will buy Eastman Kodak's Gallery on-line photo services for $23.8 million. The terms of the agreement include the transfer of Gallery customer accounts and images in the U.S. and Canada to Shutterfly. The agreement comprises the initial, stalking horse bid in a Court-supervised auction process under Section 363 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code that will ensure the maximization of value for the assets.

Gravity Co. (Nasdaq: GRVY) 14.1% HIGHER; shares opened below their 200-day simple moving average, but soon popped over it and began rising strongly. The company may be feeling some love from Zynga’s (Nasdaq: ZNGA) recent run-up.

Dynegy (NYSE: DYN) 13.6% HIGHER; bouncing over the 200-day SMA and over the $1.30 and $1.40 levels. Volume is about double the normal daily average.

Overstock.com, Inc. (NASDAQ: OSTK) 12.6% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS loss of ($0.15), versus analyst estimate of a $0.45 profit. The company posted earnings of 63 cents per share during the same quarter last year. Revenue for the quarter fell 10 percent from last year to $314.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $377.6 million.

CNinsure, Inc. (NASDAQ: CISG) 12% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.24 on revenue of $66.5 million.

Quepasa corp. (NYSE: QPSA) 11.6% HIGHER; reported Q4 adjusted loss of ($0.04), versus ($0.03) reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $6.3 million, versus $1.9 million reported last year.

Galena Biopharma (Nasdaq: GALE) 11.5% HIGHER; after falling 9 percent over Tuesday and Wednesday, the stock surged nearly 20 percent yesterday. Shares are holding over the 200-day SMA this morning.

Epocrates (Nasdaq: EPOC) 11.5% LOWER; stock continuing lower following Q4 results on Tuesday. Shares fell 9 percent on Wednesday. The stock has broken below the $9 level this morning.
