Sees FY2012 EPS of $0.35-$0.37, versus the consensus of $0. Sees FY2012 revenue of $169.9-$171.4 million. The stock was downgraded at Baird and Wunderlich this morning.

Oxford Resource Partners LP (NYSE: OXF) 32% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.24), which may not compare to the analyst estimate of $0.13. Revenue for the quarter came in at $96.29 million versus the consensus estimate of $112.84 million.

Nektar Therapeutics (Nasdaq: NKTR) 12.7% HIGHER; has agreed to sell to Royalty Pharma its royalties on future sales of CIMZIA®, under Nektar's agreement with UCB Pharma, and MIRCERA®, under Nektar's agreement with Roche. In consideration for the sale, Royalty Pharma will pay Nektar an aggregate cash payment of $124.0 million.

LSB Industries, Inc. (NYSE: LXU) 12.6% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $1.19, $0.33 better than the analyst estimate of $0.86. Revenue for the quarter came in at $215.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $195.15 million.

Cerus Corp (NASDAQ: CERS) 11% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.16), $0.07 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.09). Revenue for the quarter came in at $10.42 million versus the consensus estimate of $8.19 million. The stock was upgraded to Outperform at Baird.
