Chelsea Therapeutics International, Ltd. (Nasdaq: CHTP) 58.5% HIGHER; the FDA Cardiovascular and Renal Drugs Advisory Committee voted 7-4 with 1 abstention and 1 non-vote to recommend approval of NORTHERA (droxidopa) for the treatment of symptomatic neurogenic orthostatic hypotension in patients with primary autonomic failure (Parkinson's disease, multiple system atrophy and pure autonomic failure), dopamine beta hydroxylase deficiency and non-diabetic autonomic neuropathy.

Kenneth Cole Productions, Inc. (NYSE: KCP) 19.4% HIGHER; Kenneth D. Cole today announced that he has proposed to acquire through a merger transaction 100 percent of the outstanding publicly held shares of common stock of the company. Mr. Cole is Chairman and Chief Creative Officer of the Company and currently owns approximately 47% of the common stock (representing approximately 89% of the voting power) of the Company.

Pacific Ethanol (Nasdaq: PEIX) 18.8% HIGHER; with crude oil continuing higher once again today (now over $108.50 per barrel), traders may be looking to play the rise with alt-energy type stocks. About 3.8 million shares have already traded hands today, compared to the stock's average daily volume of about 4.5 million shares.

Rubicon Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: RBCN) 17.7% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.04, $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.07. Revenue for the quarter came in at $19.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $20.16 million. Rubicon Technology, Inc. sees Q1 2012 EPS of $-0.10-$-0.14. Street looking for EPS of 11c.

Senomyx Inc. (Nasdaq: SNMX) 14.4% HIGHER; shares have broken their downward sliding motion since February 6th and are trading up substantially today on heavier volumes. The stock is over the $3.50 level today.

Kindred Healthcare, Inc. (NYSE: KND) 14.3% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.27, $0.09 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.36. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.5 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.58 billion. Kindred Healthcare, Inc. sees FY2012 EPS of $1.35-$1.55, versus prior guidance of $1.65-$1.85 and the consensus of $1.69. Kindred Healthcare, Inc. sees FY2012 revenue of $6.3 billion, versus the consensus of $6.4 billion.

Orbitz Worldwide (NYSE: OWW) 12.6% HIGHER; following Q4 results on February 16th, Jefferies boosted its price target on estimates on the company this morning. Click here to see the full report.

Orient Express Hotels Ltd. (NYSE: OEH) 12.4% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.09), $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.12). Revenue for the quarter came in at $135.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $141.72 million.

Deckers Outdoor Corp (NASDAQ: DECK) 11.6% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $3.18, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $3.14. Revenue for the quarter came in at $603.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $565.21 million. Based upon current visibility, the Company expects full year revenues to increase approximately 15% over 2011 levels. Also announced a $100 million buyback.

Celldex (Nasdaq: CLDX) 10.1% LOWER; prices its public offering of 10.5 million common shares at $3.85 per share for net proceeds of $37,744,500. The company granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.575 million shares.

World Fuel Services Corp. (NYSE: INT) 9.1% LOWER; Evercore Partners downgraded its rating on the company from Overweight to Equal Weight, while cutting its price target from $49 to $47. Yesterday, the company reported Q4 EPS of $0.81, $0.12 better than the analyst estimate of $0.69. Revenue for the quarter came in at $9.32 billion versus the consensus estimate of $9.71 billion.

the people is getting ripped off by wallstreet spectulars on the price of gas at the pumps it should be against the law to speculate on oil supplies////////////
