Unusual 11 Midday Movers 02/15: (BPAX) (EGY) (THLD) Higher; (ZNGA) (PWAV) (IPSU) Lower

BioSante Pharma (Nasdaq: BPAX) 32% HIGHER; the company and Teva Pharma (Nasdaq: TEVA) have received FDA approval for Bio-T-Gel for men with low testosterone.

VAALCO Energy, Inc. (NYSE: EGY) 24.4% HIGHER; provided an update on the company's working interest in Block 5 offshore Angola. VAALCO recently received written confirmation from the Angolan national oil company, Sonangol, that the government of Angola has granted a time extension of the production sharing agreement for Block 5 through the end of 2012.

Threshold Pharmaceuticals (Nasdaq: THLD) 16.3% HIGHER; shares spiked after cross their 200-day moving average, roughly the $3 per share level.

Cimarex Energy Co. (NYSE: XEC) 16.1% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $1.36, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $1.30. Click here to see the company's production outlook.

iPass Inc. (NASDAQ: IPAS) 16% HIGHER; today announced that China Telecom Corporation Limited has joined the iPass Open Mobile Exchange (iPass OMX), the largest global Wi-Fi exchange community, to provide international Wi-Fi roaming services through iPass for China Telecom subscribers.

Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: ALNY) 15.7% HIGHER; announced the pricing of an underwritten registered public offering of 7,500,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $10.75 per share. All of the shares are being sold by Alnylam. The offering is expected to close on February 21, 2012, subject to customary closing conditions.

Zynga (NASDAQ: ZNGA) 14.1% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.05, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.03. Revenue for the quarter came in at $311.2 million. Zynga sees FY2012 EPS of $0.24-$0.28. The stock was downgraded at Baird, Barclays and Evercore.

Powerwave Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: PWAV) 13.4% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($1.34), which may not compare to the analyst estimate of ($0.61). Revenue for the quarter came in at $60.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $90.94 million.

Imperial Sugar (Nasdaq: IPSU) 13.3% LOWER; stock continuing lower today following an 80 percent surge on Thursday of last week and another 11.5 percent move higher on Friday. The stock has pushed below support at $6 today.

DigitalGlobe Inc. (NYSE: DGI) 11.7% LOWER; shares began selling off around 11:00am ET after opening flat on the day. Shares have popped slightly and are now trading on heavier volumes.

Media General (NYSE: MEG) 11.2% LOWER; the stock dipped sharply only heavy volume just ahead of 2pm ET as the price vacillated around the $4.75 level.
