Zagg Inc. (Nasdaq: ZAGG) 16.1% HIGHER; shares rocketed past their 200-day moving average and continue to trade up on rumors of a large distribution deal.

BroadVision (Nasdaq: BVSN) 14.9% HIGHER; continuing higher to close this week's session following a 10 percent decline yesterday. Since December 23rd, shares of BroadVision have only closed down twice. The stock is up about 78 percent since the end of December.

Rovi Corp. (Nasdaq: ROVI) 13.7% HIGHER; Sees FY11 adj-sales of $775-$780 million and EPS of $2.45-$2.50. The Street is currently looking for FY11 sales of $779 million and EPS of $2.45. Sees FY12 sales of $810-$840 million and adj-EPS of $2.50-$2.80, which compares to analyst estimates of $829 million and $2.64, respectively.

Kingold Jewelry Inc (Nasdaq: KGJI) 13% HIGHER; shares are trading up on the day on higher volumes. The stock seems to be holding above the $1.50 level after crossing over yesterday. Prior to yesterday's move, the stock had not been over $1.50 since mid November.

Patriot Coal Corporation (NYSE: PCX) 12.8% LOWER; today announced the implementation of proactive measures at its Southern WV operations to curtail higher cost production in response to weaker market demand for metallurgical coal. The Company will idle one contractor-operated mine and two subsidiary-operated production units in the Rocklick complex. Two contractor-operated mines in the Wells complex will also be idled.

JDA Software (Nasdaq: JDSA) 12.4% LOWER; reports Q4 prelim. sales of $173 million, vs. cons. $182 million. Sees FY11 EPS near high end of prior guidance. Click here to read the full report.

Blyth Inc. (NYSE: BTH) 11.4% HIGHER; entered into the Second Amendment to the Membership Interest Purchase Agreement, dated as of August 4, 2008, as amended by the First Amendment thereto on October 21, 2008, pursuant to which BTH has agreed to, subject to the terms and conditions of the Purchase Agreement, purchase all of the outstanding membership interests in ViSalus Holdings in a series of purchases. Terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms in the Purchase Agreement, as amended.
