Rare Element Resources (AMEX: REE) 16.8% HIGHER; shares are now on their third day of strong upside following the results of an updated NI 43-101-compliant mineral resource estimate of rare-earth elements plus yttrium contained in three deposits located in the Bull Hill area of the Bear Lodge project, Wyoming. An earlier note from Dahlman Rose which suggests completion of Molycorp's (NYSE: MCP) Mountain Pass mine is "imminent" also may be giving legs to the entire rare earth sector.
