VeriChip Corporation (NASDAQ: CHIP) 226.1% HIGHER; VeriChip and its development partner RECEPTORS LLC, announced today that VeriChip has been granted an exclusive license to RECEPTORS' Patent No. 7,504,364 titled “Methods of Making Arrays and Artificial Receptors” and Patent No. 7,469,076 “Sensors Employing Combinatorial Artificial Receptors,” in their application to the development of the virus triage detection system for the H1N1 virus.

Perot Systems (NYSE: PER) 65.3% HIGHER; Dell (Nasdaq: DELL) and Perot Systems have entered a definitive agreement for Dell to acquire Perot Systems in a transaction valued at approximately $3.9 billion, or $30 per share. Click here to see the full report.

Hansen Medical, Inc. (Nasdaq: HNSN) 41.5% HIGHER; is surging higher today on heavier-than-normal volume. The stock is up 38% on volume that is 5x normal already. Not hearing any company-specific news.

Delta Petroleum Corp. (Nasdaq: DPTR) 40.4% LOWER; Delta has perforated and tested the majority of the prospective zones in the Gray well at depths ranging from 11,580 to 12,280 feet. The six lowermost zones demonstrated high pressures as expected, but have flowed only fresh water to date. The zones located further uphole have flowed a combination of water and gas; however, the gas volumes have been minimal and substantially below pre-completion expectations deeming these intervals uneconomic.

Neuralstem, Inc. (NYSE: CUR) 27.3% HIGHER; announced that the U.S. FDA has approved its Investigational New Drug application to commence a Phase I trial to treat Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS or Lou Gehrig's disease) with its spinal cord stem cells. Here is the full report.

Integra Bank Corporation (Nasdaq: IBNK) 12.6% LOWER; late Friday, announced that its board of directors suspended the payment of cash dividends on the Company's common stock for an indefinite period. The quarterly cash dividend had previously been $0.01 per share.

Repros Therapeutics (Nasdaq: RPRX) 11.7% LOWER; today announced that on September 15, 2009, the Company received a second letter from The Nasdaq Stock Market advising that, in addition to the deficiencies previously disclosed on August 17, 2009, the Company's market value of publicly held shares was below the minimum $15,000,000 requirement for continued listing on the Nasdaq Global Market by Listing Rule 5450(b)(2)(C) or 5450(b)(3)(C). The Company is provided 90 calendar days, or until December 14, 2009, to regain compliance, at which time the Company's securities will be delisted from such market unless the Company's market value of publicly held shares is $15,000,000 or more for a minimum of 10 consecutive business days.

Micromet, Inc. (Nasdaq: MITI) 10.9% LOWER; presented first interim data from a phase 1 dose-escalation clinical study for BiTE antibody MT110, the first T-cell engaging antibody for the treatment of solid tumors. The interim data(1) were presented at the Multidisciplinary Congress of the European Cancer Organisation and 34th meeting of the European Society for Medical Oncology in Berlin, Germany. MT110 is designed to direct the patients' own T cells against cancer cells that express the epithelial cell adhesion molecule. The stock was also downgraded to Neutral at Ladenburg Thalmann.
