Atossa Genetics, Inc. (Nasdaq: ATOS) 27.8% LOWER; announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 1,150,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $2.50 per share. The gross proceeds to Atossa Genetics, Inc., from this offering are expected to be approximately $2,875,000, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other estimated offering expenses.

Hemispherx Biopharma, Inc. (NYSE: HEB) 20.3% LOWER; announced that it has entered into definitive agreements with two healthcare focused institutional investors for an offering of shares of common stock with gross proceeds of approximately $5 million in a registered direct offering. The closing of the offering is expected to take place on or about September 6, 2016, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.

AeroVironment (Nasdaq: AVAV) 19.2% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.51), may not compare to the analyst estimate of ($0.17). Revenue for the quarter came in at $36.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $37.81 million.

Staffing 360 Solutions (Nasdaq: STAF) 17.8% LOWER; reported Q4 net loss of $2.8 million. Revenue for the quarter came in at $44.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $44.31 million.

Matrix Service (Nasdaq: MTRX) 15.9% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.34, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.30. Revenue for the quarter came in at $359.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $338.44 million. Matrix Service sees FY2017 EPS of $1.10-$1.40, versus the consensus of $1.29. Matrix Service sees FY2017 revenue of $1.30-1.45 billion, versus the consensus of $1.35 billion.

Sino-Global Shipping America, Ltd. (Nasdaq: SINO) 15.7% HIGHER; announced that its Board of Directors has authorized management to move forward with the development of a mobile application that will provide a full-service logistics platform between the US and China to short-haul trucking in the US.

NCI Building Systems (NYSE: NCS) 15.3% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.33, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.29. Revenue for the quarter came in at $462.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $456.31 million.

Chicos FAS (NYSE: CHS) 13.1% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.25, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.22. Revenue for the quarter came in at $635.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $632.49 million. Comps fell 3.1 percent.

Culp, Inc. (NYSE: CFI) 9.8% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.56, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.49. Revenue for the quarter came in at $80.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $79.4 million. The projection for the second quarter of fiscal 2017 is for overall sales to be flat to slightly higher as compared with the same period last year. Pre-tax income is expected to be in the range of $6.6 million to $7.1 million. Pre-tax income for the second quarter of fiscal 2016 was $6.1 million.

Concurrent (Nasdaq: CCUR) 9.8% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of ($1.40), versus ($0.13) reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $17.4 million, versus $15.5 million reported last year.
