Macrocure Ltd. (Nasdaq: MCUR) 95.9% HIGHER; Leap Therapeutics, Inc. and Macrocure announced the signing of a definitive merger agreement. Under the terms of the agreement, Macrocure will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Leap, and Leap will become a public company. In connection with the transaction, Leap will apply to have the shares of the combined entity listed for trading on NASDAQ upon completion of the merger.

Kingtone Wirelessinfo (Nasdaq: KONE) 22.0% HIGHER; seeing active trading on Monday. Shares were paused earlier due to volatility.

Caesars Entertainment (Nasdaq: CZR) 17.7% LOWER; disclosed the following in an SEC filing on Monday: On August 26, 2016, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois (the “Bankruptcy Court”) denied the motion by Caesars Entertainment Operating Company, Inc. (“CEOC”) to extend an injunction enjoining the further prosecution of the lawsuits brought by BOKF, N.A., Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, Relative Value-Long/Short Debt Portfolio, a Series of Underlying Funds Trust, Trilogy Portfolio Company, LLC, and Frederick Barton Danner, against Caesars Entertainment Corporation (“CEC”) in New York and Delaware.

B.O.S. Better Online Solutions (Nasdaq: BOSC) 14.9% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.05, versus $0.02 reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $6.31 million, versus $6.1 million reported last year.

Adamis Pharmaceuticals (Nasdaq: ADMP) 14.9% LOWER; sadi to be open to new partnerships for EpiPen alternative and is targeting a New NDA submission by the end of the year, according to Bloomberg.

Staffing 360 Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq: STAF) 13.4% HIGHER; continuing higher from last Friday after announcing that the Company's financial results will be released on Monday, August 29, 2016, and its Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended May 31, 2016 will be filed the same day, followed by its earnings conference call on Wednesday, September 7, 2016 at 9:00 am Eastern Time. "We are looking forward to sharing our latest financial results," stated Brendan Flood, Executive Chairman of Staffing 360 Solutions. Core-Mark Holding Company, Inc. (Nasdaq: CORE) 12.6% LOWER; announced the expiration of its supply agreement with Circle K Stores Inc. for the Southeastern Region of the U.S. effective January 2017. This will reduce the number of Circle K stores that Core-Mark currently serves by approximately 1,100, a 36% reduction.

Baozun Inc. (BZUN) 12.6% HIGHER; shares seeing a strong break above the $12 level today.
